Gay Snow Happening back on Snow
Europe's biggest queer skiing week will once again return to Tirol's Ötztal Valley with a full range of attractions in early April. Gay winter sport fans from all over Europe are all enthusiastic about the Ötztal – promising a perfect blend of sunshine, snow, party time and kindred spirits, whether male or female.
You better prepare for 02 April 2016: The ultimate Gay Snow Happening will return to Sölden again. A full week until 09 April 2016, Sölden will set up the rainbow flag – the symbol of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender pride and diversity. Over many years, the winter sport hot spot in the Ötztal has been attracting party people from near and far on occasion of the Gay Snow Happening. And after a one-year break some 300 participants from all over Europe are expected in Sölden.
Well-tried highlights plus new features are the secret of our success
Snow fans can look forward to an exciting and entertaining week full of skiing and snowboarding fun on the slopes, jovial nights on mountain huts, long party nights into the small hours and many new friends. Classic events go hand in hand with superb new features. In 2016 for example, you can choose from three different Event Passes including made to measure program highlights. Adrenalin rush on the tracks of James Bond
We still don't know all program details but there are a couple of absolute must-dos: like the challenging disciplines of the Adrenalin Cup for ski bunnies of all skill levels or a visit to the "ice Q" gourmet restaurant, the 2015 filming location of the latest James Bond film "SPECTRE". One thing is already for sure, the 2016 edition of the Gay Snow Happening will boast attractions in a row.
